難しいですね。Homogeneous countries とは「同一民族の国」(a country that has one race) を指しますが、もし面接部屋で、「Homogeneous って、均質な とか 同一の意味だったよな？でも、均質な国ってなんだ？」とパニくってしまった場合を想定して、平等・公平性という意味に拡大解釈してます。

If ‘Homogeneous’ means ‘Fair’ or 'Equality', then I agree with this idea that the homogeneous countries cannot thrive and prosper anymore.
