Are robots going to take over (steal / replace) human jobs?

Introduction

Nowadays, the importance of robots in many fields has been rapidly increasing. Despite the fact, some argue that the regulation of the robots should be their focus. Although both are critical, I strongly believe that the idea of robots taking over human jobs outweigh the opposite idea for the following reasons.

 Main body 1 -先進国 or Japanの例を出す

Firstly, a labor shortage issue is becoming social issue among many developed countries. Germany, for example, is said to succeed to resolve the issue with adopting the robots. As a result, major companies in Germany improved their productivity by 20% in five years.

 Main body 2 - 海外の大学の研究結果を出す

Furthermore, it is often said that introducing robots and raising unemployment are related to a trade-off. However, the latest report issued by Oxford university in UK has releveled that the adopting the robots to factories contribute to increasing the unemployment rate.

Last but not least, it appears to be difficult to introduce the robots to actual fields in developing countries. However, as with Indonesia, Jamaica and Mexico, some developing countries are tentatively using the robots in particular areas. Consequently, it is reported that financial gap is reducing.

Conclusion

In summary, for above reasons, there is no doubt that the robots are going to take over human jobs in the future. I really hope that human will fairly feel more comfortable even though the robots are going to take over human jobs.
